With a king-size bed in the gulf-side master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom suite and a bunk bed in the private room, our condo very comfortably sleeps 6 – all in beds. Enjoy panoramic views from the expansive private beach-front balcony.
- Sleep in Bliss: Experience ultimate comfort with new King mattresses (one purchased in 2023 and the newest in early April 2024). Additionally, both King beds and bunks include memory foam toppers. We want you to wake up refreshed and ready for another day of vacation.
- Climate Control & Cozy Nights: Enjoy a breeze with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Additional portable fans are provided for those who enjoy white noise. Extra throw blankets and pillows add to the cozy atmosphere. We understand that everyone has their own comfort preferences. - E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
- Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
- A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

Hello from the Youngs! We're a family of four, originally hailing from St. Louis, MO. In 2017, we embarked on a journey to embrace the southern charm of Nashville, TN, bidding farewell to the frosty northern winters. With over two decades of experience in owning and managing long-term rental properties, we decided to dive into a new adventure β our very first beach vacation rental at Ramsgate Harbour, a dream realized in 2016. Over the years, we've explored the diverse landscapes along the Florida coast and the Panhandle. The allure of the quiet, family-friendly western end of Panama City Beach captured our hearts. The decision to invest in beachfront condos in this serene locale was an easy one. We cherish the peaceful ambiance of the less congested west end, and Celadon, being the last high-rise heading west from PCB with only houses beyond, emerged as the perfect BEACHFRONT spot β an idyllic setting for relaxation and creating cherished family memories. Managing our five beach condos is a deeply personal endeavor. Each condo is crafted as a "home away from home," meticulously designed for maximum comfort. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Owner Managed, so there are no extra/middleman fees. We charge only taxes (paid to PCB, Bay County and FL) and a cleaning fee that is paid to clean/disinfect the unit prior to each guest's arrival.
