  • No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters.  Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund. 
  • Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay.
  • E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
  • Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
  • A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

In 2017, we embarked on a journey to embrace the southern charm of Nashville, TN, bidding farewell to the frosty northern winters. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Owner Managed, so there are no extra/middleman fees. We charge only taxes (paid to PCB, Bay County and FL) and a cleaning fee that is paid to clean/disinfect the unit prior to each guest's arrival.
